Tropical Storm Carina Reaches 65kph Winds
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has reported that Cyclone Carina reached tropical storm category on Saturday afternoon with maximum winds of 65 kilometers per hour.
Signal No. 2 Raised in Batanes
On Tuesday morning, PAGASA raised Signal No. 2 over parts of Batanes as the storm intensified. The agency advised residents to take precautions and monitor updates regularly.
