The earthquake move in Pokémon Sword and Shield is a ground-type move that has been in the game since Generation I. It can damage opponents on the ground and underground, but it will deal double damage to opponents who are underground due to the Dig move. This move cannot be raised to 6 EX until November 23, 2020, which is 327 days after its release date on January 1.
